Skylark is an unassured drone detection and situational-awareness aid. It is not certified air traffic control equipment, an approved separation service or a replacement for established safety systems and procedures.

It must not be the sole basis for safety-critical or enforcement decisions. Detection is subject to compatibility, installation and operating conditions. The absence of a detection does not establish that the airspace is clear.

Skylark is not a jamming, interception or takeover system. Detection does not confer authority to interfere with an aircraft or establish that a flight is unlawful. Operators remain responsible for appropriate verification, operating procedures and lawful information handling.

No endorsement, approval or certification by an aviation regulator, public authority or other organisation is implied by this website.
